Description
This is a gentle breathe combined movement yoga class for athletes to release tension and boost recovery, also suitable as a beginner yoga class. The sequence is mainly in the seated, supine and prone positions, allowing you to move and stretch out the body in a supported and comfortable position.
The focus of this practice is to increase the range of movement in your joints, increase blood circulation, remove muscle soreness, which benefits in increasing athletic performance and reducing the risk of injury during sports activities.
