Description
This 60-minute intense, fast-paced full-body power yoga class focused on building strength and flexibility by flowing through postures and using your own bodyweight to tone your body. Master Edith offers variations along the flow, you will build strength in the core, glutes, arms, and legs. Ending with a full-body stretch sequence to release any tension as well as to improve flexibility. Be mindful of the movements and breathing!
