Description
This 20-minute practice involves dynamic movements to wake up the body, remove any stiffness in joints after staying in a sleeping position the whole night. Followed by forceful breath combined movements to increase blood circulation to different parts of the body. You will also learn to do a kriya on abdominal muscle group for detox, improve digestion and stimulate the dormant energy.
