Description
This is a great practice for back pain and injury recovery. Include a gentle back conditioning sequence to release lower back discomfort while strengthening the spine and back muscles.
Begin with grounded meditation practice and gentle warm-ups. Followed by lateral stretch and spinal lengthening and twisting movements to release back tension.
