Description
This is a 60-minute well-rounded yoga class for all levels to improve strength & flexibility.
Begin with warm-up and sun salutation with variations. Move through shoulder and hip openers, forward bending, backward bending, twisting and lateral movements. Link your breath with every movement. Modifications and variations are provided so you can work at the intensity level that's right for you. Conclude with energising breathing techniques and body awareness.
