Description
This Hatha Vinyasa practice cultivates heat, tones, builds strength and flexibility.
Start with seated breath and body awareness, gentle warm-ups. Sweat through a variety of strengthening and balancing poses that also opens your shoulder, chest and hip regions. Variations are given to explore your limitations. Hold the poses for a couple of breaths with body awareness and find balance in alignment. Cool down with hip openers and supine stretches.
