Description

This is a power yoga class for full-body toning and flexibility, intending to build strength in the core, glutes, arms, and legs. 

Work through dynamic movements to stimulate and boost your metabolism while at the same time combine with strengthening poses to improve stamina and build definition in your body. 

Flow into sun salutations that work on different muscle groups. You will also practice a variety of leg and arm balancing poses, inversions and back bending poses. Offering a great opportunity to improve your motor control and balance.
