Description
Yoga benefits both the body and mind. Regular practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; release stress and anxiety, improves concentration.
In this session, you will move through simple and basic postures to release tensions experienced in the neck, back, hips and hamstrings. Be mindful with every movement and breath to ease the tightness.
Start with cat and cow pose, twisting, hips and hamstrings stretch. Followed by hip and chest opening poses in supine and seated positions. Stay in forward folding postures creates a calming effect throughout the central nervous system and helps improve leg and hip flexibility. End with several breathing techniques to soothe the nerves.
