Pranayama plays an important part in asana practice. This short session will introduce three approaches to practising Ujjayi Pranayama, a breathing techniques that has many benefits. It helps to increase the core temperature before body movements, improve body awareness, and release reflex tension in the body. By practising this, you will learn to be more accustomed to normal breath when you do advance posture.
