Description

This class provides expectant moms with everything they need to continue a safe and strong yoga practice during every stage of pregnancy. This sequence helps build strength and improve balance and circulation with little impact on the joints. Modifications are provided. Suitable for all trimesters.

This class focuses on some lateral stretching poses, which help create more space in the upper torso. These are followed by balancing poses, such as the tree pose and triangle pose, which help strengthen leg muscles and improve bone density and overall body awareness. 

During this class, you will learn to breathe deeply and relax consciously, which are helpful in preparing the body for birth and motherhood.
