This audio will guide you on a journey of meditation in movement. You will be moving in various postures when keeping your eyes closed throughout the class. Use your breath to guide the movement in a meditative way to bring your mind into the present.
This practice can improve your body, mind and breath connection and energize you through calm and purposeful breathing in movement. Movement meditations allow us to experience the sensations of the body as well as gravity and energy as a whole.
