Description
This 40-minute inversion class focuses on the foundation in building the strength you need in any inversion practice and lead you through a step-by-step guide to practice inversions safely, slowly and steadily.
Begin with warm-ups for the whole body whilst standing. You will practice some half inversion poses like standing forward fold and downward-facing dog pose to get the inverted feeling gradually.
You will then activate the arm and core muscle movements to build arm and abdominal strength.
After that, you will practice a tripod headstand and side crow pose, followed by some counter-movement to release tension and cool down.
