Description
This class features a rejuvenating yoga sequence of breathing and body movements, which helps to increase circulation, boost energy and remove fatigue. This is an ideal practice to awaken your body and mind, keep you stay focus on your tasks. Suitable for all levels. Modifications are given.
This class focuses on breath-combined dynamic movements. Begin with arm movements with active inhalation and exhalation, lateral stretches, forward bend. These breathing techniques activate the sensory functions and move the energy upwards. Follow by camel pose that creates space in the chest and increase breathing capacity. Move into cobra, a back-bending pose that helps to activate the back muscles and keep the spine healthy. End with sun salutation to improve strength and flexibility, and to stimulate the energy points in the body.
