Description
Back tension can be easily built due to improper postures, long sitting hours, muscle or ligament strain. This session is ideal for office workers sitting in long hours and anyone who is in quarantine.
This session features a sequence of back focused poses such as back lengthening poses, cat and cow pose, heart pose, cobra and extended side angle pose. Many spinal twisting poses will be introduced as they encourage spinal mobility and can effectively reduce back pain.
You will feel relaxed as well as invigorated throughout the practice.
