Description
This session features a series of movements targeting the back muscles.
Start lying on the abdomen, movements to squeeze the back muscles which helps to relieve shoulder injuries. Follow with a whole upper back sequence by lifting the chest and arms up and then loosen the hip with a crocodile rolling. You will feel upper back tension released and strengthened after the practice.
