Description
The crow pose pose is good to improve balance, deepen concentration and focus. Crow pose not only builds and tones the core, it also strengthens the arms, wrists and upper back. This is the perfect pose to practice as we build up to other arm balances like Handstand and Firefly poses.
This step-by-step guide demonstrates how to go into crow pose. Start with frog squat to loosen the hips, removes any back pressure. Palms parallel to each other, walk feet backward, tuck knees into the armpits, lift the hips and look forward. Find the balance by shifting the weight.
