Description
This session features a series of core strengthening postures.
Flow through full boat pose, half boat and twisting half boat pose to strengthen the abdominal muscles as well as the side obliques. Transit into leg raises and crunches to fire up the core.
After the session, you will sculpt and tone your core muscles and you will find a new level of endurance.
