Description

This session guides you through three rounds of kapalbhati practices.

Take a deep inhalation and begin with the forceful exhalations. Back to normal breaths after each round before going into another set of practice.

You will be guided to relax the whole body and revert your awareness to your breath. Notice the movement of breath and experience a state of meditation.
