Description
This class links traditional hatha yoga poses into a creative vinyasa flow. You will be guided through steady movements and conscious breaths in a natural rhythm. Suitable for all levels.
Start with seated lateral stretching, twisting, chest opening, cat and cow poses to loosen up the body and joints. Flow into vinyasa with low lunge, pyramid pose, warrior I, II and III with variations. You will also practice some standing balancing poses like tree pose and one-legged balancing pose, triangle pose and revolved triangle pose. Conclude with happy hip stretching, gentle twisting and cow face pose.
After the practice, you will gain confidence and body awareness. You will balance strength and flexibility, create your own rhythm and softness into a power flow.
